How to get Startup folder in Start

Your personal startup folder should be

C:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

OR

The user specific startup folder can be access with shell:startup



The All Users startup folder should be 

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

OR

%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

OR

The all users version can be accessed with shell:common startup
